This service includes an anonymous organizational assessment of current health and relational health among employees using validated measures. A comprehensive report including recommendations is provided, as well as follow-up consultation.

Dr. Lilly has provided training on PTSD, resilience, stress management, wellness, and peer support at conferences and in agencies across the country over the past decade.
