Lilly Counseling offers treatment for conditions such as posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and anxiety, as well as counseling for stressors such as unemployment, relationship stress, divorce, or illness. The team also completes thorough diagnostic assessments for individuals and organizations. A telehealth format is used to enhance accessibility and convenience.
Dr. Lilly is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO. The cost for clients paying out-of-pocket is $160 for 55 minute sessions. Many insurance companies provide partial reimbursement for paid sessions. However, all insurance companies are different, so you be sure to get those answers before you start!

Research has shown that telehealth is as effective as in-person service. Telehealth providers are not physically present to assist you in the event of immediate distress. The team takes precautions to assist you in those situations by developing a safety protocol prior to treatment. However, if you are experiencing symptoms of acute medical or psychological distress, we can discuss the benefits of finding a local, in-person provider.

Yes! Clients can use a health savings account to pay for psychological services. However, we encourage you to check with the administrator of your health savings account prior to services, as some administrators require extra steps for reimbursement and may deny reimbursement for out-of-state services.
